Hello! I’m Inetta

Welcome to my Keto Journey Blog. I am so excited to finally have been motivated enough to be doing this. I decided to blog my journey because I am not the most consistent person in the world and for me to achieve my goals and dreams I figured blogging may be a great way to form consistency in my life. Keto requires consistency. Business requires consistency, and I do plan on launching my own small art business, so here we are, practicing being consistent.


Few things to touch base on… I never did Keto before. I’m completely new to it and I decided to get a meal plan to try to jump start my results. So I’ll be sharing the recipes I receive with you as I go along with them week by week, and sometimes day by day. Also I’ll be updating on how I feel, how the recipe tasted, and I am going to show my super embarrassing before pictures.. YIPES! Not excited about that but hey… we all have to start somewhere right? I need better self image of myself so posting my good and my bad with total transparency kind of is not only scary but at the same time freeing. People judge, that just what they do, but I feel if I finally accept myself for who I am then why should I even care what people have to say. It’s my life and I’m in control of it, and this is the time where I take it back from being unhealthy and depressed to living and enjoying life in all it’s glory again.

That’s 62 lbs and I can totally do it!

Now for the scary and kind of depressing side of reality… my before pictures! eeeeeeeeeee! Even my freaking mirror is scary right now -____- OYE!
